WOOOOOOO!!!!  Most unexpected series win in all my time as a wings fan.

 

Can't believe how much our depth forwards and green D stepped up in this series.

Fun thread even if the OP wasn't the octopi culprit.  Watched the game at a bar with 0 other Wings fans, or even hockey fans for that matter, and still enjoyed every minute of it.

Excellent summary by the OP.  It's pretty amazing for me to see how far they've come from opening night (quick refresher: they lost 6-0 in a game that I drove 3 hours to attend) to where they are today.  They are still way too reliant on the magic of Dats and Z, but it's a joy to see that the future is not all doom and gloom, and the progression of the next generation of the Winged Wheel is coming along nicely.
