What we saw the first handful or so of games is what I think Brunner is definitely capable of, but fatigue and adapting to an entire new league and all that comes with that is wearing him down.

One thing in adding Iginla and Morrow that isn't seen on a stat line is both of these guys are dying for a cup. I hate that Pittsburgh got those guys

Finally coming to an end. Would've been over last weekend if Wings cleared the puck instead of shooting it over the glass. Regardless, all Chicago hate aside, this streak was AMAZING... here's to a 2nd half and playoff flop ;]

1) People compare his playing style to Brett Hull. How would you describe him to someone who's never seen him play? A bit like Brett Hull.

2) When Roest sent Holland the email about Brunner, Brunner was already on the Wings radar, and they had already seen him play several times.

3) The 2013 Detroit Bi-Polars - always finding a way to do what you least expect!

I think Filppula is more valueable to this team than Franzen. So there. Good luck finding someone to take on a lifetime contract given to someone for one good playoff season.
