It's a short month for Red Wings hockey as Detroit faces off just six times this month and just two at home as the club shifts off to the left coast and the Mississippi before returning to the friendly confines of Joe Louis Arena. I couldn't think of a more appropriate featured player this month, so puckstopping sensation Jimmy Howard gets his first appearance on the schedule wallpaper.
