Canada's Sportsnet.ca reports this evening that Marian Hossa has reportedly turned down the Red Wings' final contract offer -- believed to be 10 years in length at an average cap hit of $4 million perseason -- and will head toward free agency at 12 noon Wednesday. Hossa's negotiating rights may still be dealt before the 40-goal scorer hits the market.
