Poor Ozzie, two straight games our defense absolutely screws him over. The D is down right scaring me right now! We pretty much have Lidstrom....and that's it.

Zetterberg & Lidstrom were -3 and Holmstrom was -4, ouch. Not a great game by Datsyuk (minus the goal) or Lidstrom, but I guess he's allowed to have a bad game once in a while plus it's hard to play great when the players around you are not playing well. I dono what is up with our D, but they need to snap out of it, pronto! I'm just glad we put a few points on the board. That big old 0 in the 1st made me cringeeeee!

I freaking LOVE Downey!! I love what he said yesterday in his interview - he's one of the old throw-backs in the league, just plays blue collar hockey and does what he's gotta do.

Thanks for posting that link HC! It's good to see that the guys stepped up and said something about the poor officiating. I was kind of annoyed that Babs just kind of blew it off (of course you could tell he was angry, but he didn't really say much about the situation).

me too! Aww I never knew he had cancer before! Hopefully everything goes well. I'm going to that game on March 5th when he's supposed to come back, maybe I'll make him a little welcome back sign! lol
