The Wings looked like a team that was affraid to win last night... That late 3rd period goal by the Pens should have never happened. Franzen since he's been back = BAD BAD BAD Not only he can't buy a goal but he's creating turnovers after turnovers. What a way to ruin a celebration!

Not only do the Wings have to beat Pittsburgh but they also have to beat the jackasses NHL refs now... Let's hope that this referee ***** gets his ass kicked after the game!

Of course the refs gave Dallas the momentum. This is OBVIOUS! No need for Melrose or whoever to confirm that. Bottom line is that in hockey when you score the first goal you get the momentum. Red Wings got stolen by stupids refs. They even called a 2 on 1 off side in the first period while the Wings were on the PK. I am pissed pissed pissed!!! A President Trophy winner like the Detroit Red Wings shouldn't struggle like that against an 8th place team like the Nashville Predators. Look at Montreal! They will take care of the Bruins in 5 games while we have to waste all of our energy to get by the first round. RIDICULOUS!!!

I just watched the game highlights on RDS and boy oh boy, the Wings got banged more than ever. Bang! Boum! Pif! Paf! Even Downey got punished. Hello mister Holland!!! This team is probably the softest team in the NHL and if nothing changes it's going to be the same as last year. A team like the Ducks will eliminate the Wings by hitting them like crazy. Gee I miss the good ol` days when we had McCarty, Kocur, Shanahan and Konstantinov...

The Wings are my #1 team but they seriously lack some toughness. They are one of the softest teams in the league. I believe that they could go far in the playoffs but Holland has to make a move and get a skilled forward with size.

How can the Red Wings expect to win hockey games by wasting that many power play (5 on 3) opportunities ? With the Ducks, it's like they have one scoring chance and BINGO, it's in the net! If the Wings would have been more opportunists, this serie could easily be over by now. It's one thing to outshot the Ducks, but they won't beat Giguère by shooting pucks in his stomach... And what a bad play by Lilja in O.T. ! I can't believe that Detroit is going to lose back to back series to the freaking Ducks !!!

I think that small politicians like Denis Coderre should get over it. Even Denis Gauthier said on RDS that Doan didn't said that and that he has francophone friends. Wings don't need to outrough the Sharks, it's not their game. So many shots, so little goals... Why do the Red Wings have to shoot like 55 times to score 2-3 goals while their opponents only need 19-20 shots to score the same amount of goals?

I can't believe how the Red Wings don't have the killer instinct. They should have killed the Flames in game 3 and make it 3-0. But no, instead they gave the Flames a second wind... My God, I mean, the Flames are a crappy team that can hardly score goals and there are our fancy Red Wings team struggling once again against the 8th place seed in the first round... PATHETIC!!! Anyway I feel that if Detroit gets by Calgary, they will get destroy in the next round. The Wings are only good playing in a crappy division beating crappy teams (Chicago, Columbus, St-Louis) in the regular season and then losing in the first playoff round... that's it, I've had enough!
