Yup, Blashill developed most of these guys up here anyways. Give him the reigns. Can't see Glendening getting first line minutes with a sensible coach.

Is there any good reason Weiss is getting PP time over Pulkkinen? Glendening on Pav's wing, Ericsson never leaves the top pairing, Jurco benched for Andersson. Just stupid coaching. I'm done with Babs coaching decisions. Why is our backup playing against Boston with the Oilers tomorrow?

I hated the pass by Zidlicky more. Everyone was moving forward and he throws a lazy pass backward that Weiss had nowhere to go with it.

I hate everything about this game so far. The lines are a joke, the Wings defense can't handle a forecheck, Ericsson can't even make a pass. This is just not a good matchup in any sense.

Holland could probably get a king's ransom out of the deal.

Hahaha, that is so ridiculous. Babs makes some of the most mind-boggling personnel decisions. Lets put a PK specialist on the top line for "work". Don't try Weiss, Sheahan, Pulkkinen or anyone with a lick of skill there, though. The love affair Babs has with certain players affects his ability to make sound decisions sometimes. Ericsson plays like s*** for 60 games and never leaves the top pair, but he promotes a plug to the top line.

This team is weird in that regard. They have blown way too many leads lately. They seem to do better coming back from a slow start, which is another bad habit, but at least it gets them focused. Eventually they are going to have to compete for closer to 60 minutes if they want to go anywhere in the playoffs.

Well, that sucked after the first ten minutes. Z's line was great; everyone else looked slow and not much of a threat again. No Helm is really hurting the speed. Babs needs to change the defense pairs, but I have little faith that will happen if it hasn't already. Ericsson is going to kill this team getting big minutes during the playoffs.

Babs has no problem changing his forward lines on a whim, yet he has left Ericsson on the first pairing for 60 games. Ridiculous coaching.

Howard hasn't been stellar, but I didn't really hate any of the goals besides maybe the first. Your top pair has to do better than the effort they put forth on the second and third goals.

Nah, why go to something that worked last season? Babs would rather just keep handcuffing Smith and allowing E to be a disaster on the top pair.

The Wings top lines are dominating the chances and possession in this game. Should be winning if not for the defensive breakdowns.

The 4th line should just kill penalties. They are an absolute sin at even strength.
