Maybe i'm being a bit of a homer here , but for me Lidstrom should win the Norris this season . Had a great first season as the Captain of the Wings , and was his normal dominant self as the best Defenceman in the NHL. Neidermayer also had a good season but IMO I don't think he was better than Nick.

I'm really happy with Cheli coming back for at least one more season . The guy's been solid for the Wings all season and has been playing like a 25 year old instead of a 45 year old. Great deal.

Me too , I alway's thaught he was around the same age as Lids . There's no way that Neidermayer is retiring the guy's in the prime of his career. he's still got a few season's left in him yet.
