How much is Fernandez on ? and what kinda money do you think he would be asking for?? I don't think there's much wrong with this season's team. A couple of upgrades here and there and the Wings would be good to go.

I like the prospect's that the Wings have too. but I wouldn't sacrifice Bert ,cheli, Schnieds and a young guy like hudler for a goaltender. plus it's never been the Wings policy to drop inexperienced players in the deepend . I would much rather have a go at next season with Ozzie . I think that if he stays healthy and gets a run of game's he could still be a pretty good No1 goaltender.

I think if Dom does leave, the Wings would either have to put faith in Ozzie and Howard or go for someone like Backstrom . He'll probable want a lot more money than he's on now but he would definetly be cheaper than Giguere.

Sadly I do have such experience . I need to get my hand on one of these LGW chicks tho, they're cool. I mean a girl who loves sports = every guy's dream. Check your Facebook homepage bud , it tells you about Friend requests.

For me Giguere is not an option . the guy will be demanding top dollar and for the Wings to re-sign most of their free agents and him would be close to impossible.

This is my first post on this topic and I've not read any other post's on the subject either . IMO , I would have Kozlov back in a heartbeat. The guy is still a great player and would provide the Wings with a much needed different attacking option.

To get any of those guy's you'd still have to splash out some cash .And IMO, The Wings would be better off just signing up Schnieds.

I know what your saying , but if the Wings lose Schnieder and go for youth to replace him it could effect their competitiveness . I think it would be better if they signed him up for another 2 years and then slowly but surely groom Kindl to come into the Wings team.

It would probably take a major acquisition to replace Schnieds. the only person on the Wings roster who has the short term potential to replace him on the PP and provide offence like him is Kronwall and 1.) he hasn't fullfilled his potential yet to merit replacing Schnieds on the .PP? and 2.) Can the Wings rely on him staying healthy enough to merit playing on the PP?.

I know that Schnieder will probably get a wage rise, but to replace him the Wings will have to spend some funny money . remember last season 's UFA Defencemen and what they got?? The Wings can't afford to pay that kind of money.

Scotland won. Man United have confirmed the signings of Nani from Sporting Lisbon and Anderson from Fc Porto . Both are a great bit of buisness from Sir Alex . Two really exciting young midfield talents.
