I really want Schnieds to stay next season , but I think he'll probably want a pay rise . I hope this is wrong tho cause it may affect wether or not the Wings can be active with the big UFA's like Smyth and Drury.

Yeah , they've been awsome since Bmw became their major backer. Frank Williams will be beating himself up about loosing them. On the other hand Peter Sauber will be giving himself a pat on the back. great piece of buisness from him in turning a mid table team to a potential title contender.

I would vote for the "Ozzie starting , Howard backup" one. I still think Osgood is capable of being a No 1 goaltender if he could stay healthy. -
That would be one hell of a forward line . The only way this happens is if Schnieder and Lang doesn't come back . I know alot of people won't be disapointed if Langer leaves ,but do you think that the Wings can afford too loose Schnieds??

Your at work and start talking to complete strangers about the Red Wings and Ice Hockey in general. They look at you as if "Who the hell are you??? and what's a Red Wing". ( Ice Hockey isn't really that popular in Scotland. ) I did that last night. -

Red it is . I was just thinking along the line of shortening her name to three letters and adding an S too the end of it . For example . Rabia = Rabs. Amber= Ambs. Ross= Ross.

Zetterberg - Datsyuk - Holmstrom Bertuzzi - Filppula - Cleary Franzen - Hudler - Grigorenko Calder - Draper - Maltby Samuelsson Kopecky Lidstrom - Kronwall Kindl - Markov Lebda - Chelios Quincey Lilja Hasek Osgood I picked my lines with what will probably be available too the Wings. No prediction's on who will sign via UFA and trade's. Also leaving out Lang and Schnieder because I'm not sure that they can afford them.

I voted yes , Hasek was awsome this season and was one of the main reason's that the Wings have been so successful . If he feel's he's capable of contrabuting next season I say sign him up.
