Well to get this topic back on track about Soccer, I was just wondering if the Celtic v Rangers game was on TV tomorrow morning over in North America? and if so is there anybody going to get up early watch it?

No problem Blak I don't feel your judging me, But I will say that I know I'm along way from seeing the Wings playing in the Joe. It doesn't matter how I became a fan, what matter's is that I am one. I know the History of the Wings, and I know the history between the Wings and the Ave's and as a Wings fan I just don't like them much.

Listen, I'm not desputing the fact that say in the scottish league that Celtic and Rangers are not the dominant force's in the league. The comment that really pissed me off was the one that European football and for reason's obviously aimed at me that the Scottish league is a joke. The fact's are that in every league in every sport there are dominant team's and poorer team's. Again I'll stick with my statement that to actually judge the league's and class of the game being played in Europe maybe you should watch a couple of game's before passing your OWN opinion.

I hate the Ave's but I despise Rangers. But the hatred between Celtic and Rangers run's a hell of a lot deeper than rivalry , Sadly it's political and Religious. But that's probably the reason why it's one of the biggest rivalry's in Soccer. We'll from my experience's as a Wings fan my hatred for the team's that they're playing stems from reading the history of the team and watching video's of the game's between say the Wings and the Ave's. I mean who couldn't hate the Ave's after that hit that the turtle done on Drapes , then again seeing D - Mac beating the crap out of him make's me love the Wings.

No disrespect to Clowe, but Cleary has been awsome for us so far in the Playoff's and deserve's some credit from the press for his performance's this season.

It's probably the exact same as us European's with Ice Hockey. Most of the time you just pick a team and follow them, you get caught up in the passion and the competition between rival's and it just roll's on from there. For example I'm a Red Wings fan and I HATE the Ave's.

"Yankees of soccer" is quite an ignorant term to use descibing any team. If you actually followed the game and the history of the team's you'll realise that there is no use of this saying. Manchester United for example has not alway's been a successful team and has faught damn hard to be the Power in soccer that they are today.

Cheer up bud , Sadly that's part of the game we all know and love. Sometime's the best team's don't alway's progress. Wether it's because of a goal scored against the run of play or a defection or the opposition's goaltender has just been outstanding. we should know it happens to us quite a lot.
