I hope it dosn't effect Bert getting a new deal , I think we need a couple of big forwards and if we don't keep lang hopefully some of his salary will go towards keeping Bert.

Every goaltender needs their defence there's no doubt, but he's not got a Stevens or a Neidermayer anymore and he's STILL putting up great numbers. He deserves to be known as one of the best.

Feds time as a Red Wing has come and gone , He won't be back. -
I've already done my diet. A couple of years ago i weighed in at about 239 pounds. I now weigh in at 144 pounds which is not bad for my height (5'7") Damn i was fat. lol.

At the end of the day the contract has been signed and their is nothing we can do, All we can do is wait till the deal is up and then we will know if kenny was right or wrong to give Dats this deal. -

I know it's only been 10 years but you can't compare them. The NHL has changed alot since then. It's really all about what Zetts and Dats mean to the team now, and right now they are our Yzerman and Federov.

I was happy with the deal until i read you're post and realised that if Dats bombs bigtime in the next few seasons, its gonna take a long time for us to get rid of this deal. I hope this ain't the next Alexei Yashin deal. -
