looks like it , although i'll enjoy watching Tampa's offence than i do the Penguins , i just can't make myself enjoy watching a team with Crosby on it. lol

exactly . there was a reason for this . D Mac is getting getting nearer to the end of his career but still even so with his talent and toughness waining he's still better than Downey . don't get me wrong i like Downey he gives the team a physical presence that we've been lacking for a long time but when it comes to actually playing the game his contrabution is low .

they must have prefered Pickards style better or something , i'm not sure but it'll be intresting to see how both players career's pan out to see who made the right choice. I'm still thinking McCollum though i have a good feeling he'll turn out to be another typical piece of Wings draft magic.

ut oh looks like Sid the kids gonna need to watch his own back next season with his enforecer gone .... that'll be intresting to watch.

I'm really not sure what to think of this . i love D Mac he's been a great servant to the Wings . on the one hand i say bring him back for at least one more year cause he'd still do a job for us as a roster player and on the other hand i say no cause we gotta bleed some of the youth into the team with the likes of Abdelkader and Helm most likely to be there or there abouts next year and even more to come in the next couple of season's.

i'm not sure wether he'd come back here or not but for me i'd pass . he'd want a good salary and the way i see it we have a good blend of youth and experience in our team as it is . we just won the Cup with that. we've just signed one of the greatest wingers out there in Marian Hossa so do we really need him? Shanny is a top two lines player and for me we have the two of the best top lines out there . we need to concentrate on the bottom two IMO . he was a great player for us who served us well and won 3 Cups with the Wings but we gotta start moving on sometimes and bring him back isn't really needed.
