i've got high hopes for this kid . if he lives up to the expectations that people have of him he'll have an great NHL . it's pretty sweet that the Wings managed to pick up the top NA rated goaltender in the draft.

i agree with the forwards and defence being number 1 there arn't meany team's out there with as much strentgh in depth as us or have the prospects we have , Kenny has most definetly built a team for the present and the future. . but goaltending at 15 to 20th? Ozzie was unlucky not to have one the Conn Smyth , ended the Playoffs and the regular season top or near the top in goaltending stats and was Western Allstar starting goalie . the guy was awsome for us this season and is vastly underated. as for going into next season we have two reliable back ups in Conklin and Howard so between the three of them we are looking pretty damn good IMO.

We have the best goalie in the NHL too. i'm so hyper right now with what the Wings are doing this offseason . we were unstopable last season and all we are doing is getting stronger , this is Wings domination time!!!!

I not only agree with you on this eva but think ge'd have done even better . Huds is vastly underated by Wings fan's . the guy gets a raw deal cause he's small. if he was about 4 inches taller and about 15 lbs heavier he'd be getting more TOI and with that scoring more goals and adding assists , the fan's would love him .
