Was unexpected but it was a pleasant surprise. maybe he'll be playing for the Wings in a few years. Maybe he'll be born on December 13th and also be wearing number 91 in a few years?

He is very cute. The technician that did the ultrasound caught some very awsome close ups and we saw the baby moving his little mouth and wriggling around. by the shape of his nose though looks like the poor wee soul has got my nose.

Here's a picture of the newest edition to the Allan family. The baby is due December 13th and right now is weighing a healthy 6lb 8oz. We also got a little surprise too though cause we found out that we are in fact having a baby boy.

Woot!!! I'm off work for two days in a row for the first time in forever.

Jen and myself have basically settled on the name we're gonna call our daughter. Can't wait till she gets here, it'll be like an early Christmas present when she arrives.

Not convinced by Mowbray myself either. He's been to forward in the press about his critisisim of the team and isn't doing himself any favours with that or the matter the team's been playing poorly. I can see him lasting the season at least but if he doesn't get his act together then I can see the return of the magnificent seven King Henrik Larsson happening alot sooner than I thaught he would to manage the team. Deffo agree about Paddy McCourt too he needs to get a run of games going to be able to build up some sort of fluency in the first team. Young Niall McGinn needs a run in there too that boy is turning out to be quite a find too scoring today against Killie also. Celtic have alot of really good players who are under performing and letting the team down. Hopefully Mogga can get them playing as a team again.

Not seen you for ages where you been?

Had a really good day off of work today down at the Texas State Fair. We made alot of fun memories. I really love staying in Texas it was a great choice for us as the State that we move too from Michigan, to settle and raise our family.

Woohoo! Just finished my first job since starting my own Construction Company in Texas. It feels good being back at work doing the job I love to do again. P.S. Anyone who's needing any carpentry work done in this area just PM me.

That's two weeks in a row i've missed the office.

Had a really good day today. I worked really hard and made some really good money.(I'm really liking having my own business again. ) Got home and went out for dinner to celebrate our Anniversary. We then went to the mall and after walking around a while and this is when Jen told me her plan. Ok so we're having our baby girl this year. thennnnnnnnnnnn next year we're gonna be going on vacation with (when) my family coming over from Scotland (which is planned) thennnnnn we're gonna be having (trying) for another baby. Which will hopefully be a boy so we'll have both a girl and a boy. I'm liking the plan that Jen has planned.

lol. My Mum got a facebook the other week as another way to keep in contact with me. Parents are funny.

No not pickles and ice cream but a couple of nights ago I got woke up about 2.30 in the morning and told that she wanted taco bell.lol. She's actually been really good with things like that. Although If she does want anything it usually starts with the words " the baby wants".lol. As for the pregnancy terminology yeah i've been reading a little about it all to prepare and such. I can't wait till the baby gets here. It's gonna be cool being a Dad.

Yeah. She was doubled up with a pain around the area where the appendix is located. It's a common problem apparently for pregnant women to have this. So she thaught it might be that. So I rushed her to the hospital thinking it might be this, took her to the emergency room but the Nurse sent us up to the labor ward saying she thinks that she might be going into premature labor. We both were kinda shocked by this cause we didn't expect it. So they took some tests and found out she was very dehydrated. Apparently this braught on the pain because her muscles wern't getting all the water they need so between this and the natural pains that pregnant women get at this stage in their pregnancy with the growth of the baby expanding her womb and in doing so straining her stomach muscles. The Nurse said we got her in just in time cause another day or so and she could have went into labor and gave birth. But like I said Jen is doing ok although she's still in some pain and discomfort. The baby is doing really good. She's got a very strong heart and seeing how hyper she is moving around (which freaks me out sometimes btw) in Jen's belly she's gonna be a little ball of energy.

This week has been a whirl wind full of stress, worry, anger, fear, excitement and happiness. I'm literally flying right now but on the other hand I feel very exhausted by it all. First the news about my work and money stuff from back in Scotland, then the work stuff over here thats exciting, then the worry and stress of what happened with Jen and now with finding out about having a baby girl ........ oh and we've actively started house hunting down here. Things are getting very exciting in the Allan family tonight.

Thanks Lizzie. Yeah it was kinda scary for a minute though, I really hated seeing Jen in so much pain. She's still feeling pretty sore right now but is way better than how she was feeling. One good thing that came out of it all was that we found out what the sex of the baby is.

Yesterday was a weird day. It was full of highs and lows. I found out about a job i'm gonna be doing soon but on the low end I had to take Jen to hospital. She was in alot of pain and could barely move because of it but is doing ok now. baby is in great condition and Jen is feeling alot better now too, she was pretty dehydrated and needed a couple of IV's. Infact she's feeling that much better that she's sitting up eating breakfast and talking to her Mom on the phone and laughing and joking. I'm just glad that Jen and the baby is ok.

It's how it'll be if you let it be. Me and Jen spend some time online but most of the time we like spending time together. Just put away that awsome new laptop and chill out together.

That's cool. I've promised Jen that i'm gonna get her a new computer after she gives birth to the baby. Now she's still dreading giving birth but is looking foward to that new computer.

I didn't get it for $2.21 today but I got it for $2.21 yesterday.lol. Thaught it was kinda funny today when I found out the foreman on the construction site I am working on share's the same wedding anniversary as me and Jen. It's weird what you find out with random small talk.

That made me chuckle, old people are good at making funny things outta nothing.lol. I saw a very bad accident today. I was driving along Virginia Parkway when two trucks collided after one of them ran a red light. The bigger truck flipped up in the air and landed on it's roof. Luckily no one was seriously hurt.
