Hartigan is a Griffin , but IMO he'll provide the Wings with some depth and will do a job if he's called upon. He's probably one of the better AHLer's out there and is a good addition .

I'd rather see them stay together , if it ain't broke why fix it kinda thing. put in Filppula as the second line centre and get someone experienced to play beside him.

I like Markov and if the Wings re - signed him our defence would be one of the best out there. but i'd sign him for a year if they did. Ericsson will be ready to step up soon and he's going to be a monster on Defence , with him , Quincey and Kindl nearly if not already ready ...someone's gonna need to step aside and It's probably going to be Markov.

That would indeed be one of the best NHL defence's ever put together , but for me the Ducks are gonna end up with egg on their face's . they're throwing that many high salaries around that when the time come's to re-sign all their up and coming young player's they ain't gonna have that much money left to spend on them.

Exactly. No one liked him after the stick swinging incident , but the main reason he's out of the NHL is that he's never really been that good of a goaltender. -

I'm an idiot . I got back from vacation today, weighed myself and found i've put on a couple of pound's. Decided to go out for a run and busted up my sore knee again. *is dumb*.

I'm really warming up to the Idea of having Forsberg signing up with the Wings.but I guess it'll fall down to the same old story with him....IF he stays fit he'd be awsome. The team's not looking that bad just now so i'd take a chance with him, If he gets injured take a chance with the kids. Selanne would be a pretty good pick up as well though.

Langer might not have been the Wings best player ever , but he certainly wasn't their worst . He chipped in with a few important goals in his time as a Wing . very underated IMO.

The team's not far from being good to go , I wouldn't be surprised if the Wings kept this line-up till the playoff's then make the big move's ......by bringing in another player similar to Bert, or even a couple of tough guy's.
