I've got to agree with you Reem . I don't get to see Torres much but from what i've saw of him he looks like he would add a physical presence and could be an impact player who could chip in with a goal or two. If he's available .....I would like to see Kenny taking a chance on him.

I just want to see Bert back at the Wings next season. hopefully after having a rest and training camp behind him he'll be back showing us all what he's still capable of doing....being a Power Forward. -

If this is the new way of doing thing's then I'm not liking it one bit. I don't want the Wings to get involved in this either . In the new NHL with the salary cap and all , Draft picks are to very valuable and shouldn't be given up easily.

I agree with your picks . Messier is a lock , Larionov , Stevens and Francis are also deserving of being inducted into the hall of fame. Sadly for them I'm thinking that MacInnis and Oates miss out this time, but their time will come. As for the Turtle .....I'm going to let my bias win the day and say that little puke should only get near the hall of fame if he's the janitor and cleaning out the public toilets. -
This is what I like , and what rivalry is all about . The wanting to be the better of the two team's . The hatred competition with the Preds and their fan's. We have this with the Preds right now so we should make the most of it .

Carter and Friesen I'd pass on . I wouldn't mind seeing Nolan play for the Wings for the right price , and as long as it doesn't have any impact on the Wings re-signing Bert. -
I just noticed the new Blue Jacket's jersey's on here , I must admit I'm liking it. Although anything was an improvement over their old jersey's.

I agree with you that saying that the Preds are far from being an AHL franchise , but it still worries and confuses me why a team with so much potential would seem to be being dismantled . I don't know if the Preds will be a contender next season , but I for one hope they are. they provided the Wings with much needed competition in the Central and IMO helped the Wings be playoff ready this season. For me a Wings V Preds rivalry is a good thing.

I second this 100%. There are a couple of former Wings that I wouldn't mind seeing back in Detroit and Dallas Drake isn't one of them.
