I haven't watched a lot of red wings games so I don't know a whole lot about him... but that was a low hit regardless. Lankow, Iginla, and McLennan are also far from being dirty players.

TSN or Sportsnet would have been way better. The play by play guy kept messing up the teams too. Could just my cable, but does CBC seem grainy to anyone else? I'm watching the Dallas/Van game right now, may as well be getting an air signal on antenna.

It wasn't a woodchopping swing by any means... that's what i'm trying to say. He should have got a penalty for it, but there was other cheap shots (by both teams) that I thought were alot worse. Iginla had some dirty cross checks in their, some wing tried to take out Lankows knee's, Lankow responded with an uppercut (justified, but still dirty), Datzyuk elbowed Phaneuff in the face while taking a check, etc... That's playoff hockey, people here are crying about it as if Jamie tried to hack off his leg Hextall style.

If the refs don't stop the goaltenders from getting run, someones got to... I'll support him too. What McLennan and Bertuzzi did were nothing alike... McLennan barely hit him, but regardless. Calgary fans don't boo Bertuzzi over the Moore incident, we boo him because he was a canuck. Just like we boo Pronger because he was an oiler.

Calgary is a streaky team... they play hard and win when they have to. Look at the away games leading up to the playoffs (until the spot was clinched), that was some of the best hockey i've seen Calgary play all year and it was on the road, they play hardest when backed into a corner.

I'd like to see San Jose win... I don't like Nashville for some reason. Maybe I'm biased, being a Calgary fan. We have problems with Nashville.

I was at the game and the only time I even noticed Bertuzzi was when he got booed for touching the puck much like the last 2 years... Thats an understatment... I didn't even see (notice him) him on the ice once.

Calgary's waking up now... wings are in trouble. When Calgary plays at it's best, there is no way Detroit can beat them. When Calgary plays at its worst (ie, game 1 and 2) there's no way they can beat any team. This series is going to be an interesting one... Found a bone? are you kidding.... Calgary dominated that game, like many of the regular season matches.

The Bertuzzi incident was different... he was sticking up for a cheap shot on Naslund. If that freak injury didn't happen it would have probably just been a minor penalty. Nashville has been playing dirty and it seems like they're attempting to injure san jose players. I don't think that should be tolerated.

You obviously haven't watched Bertuzzi play the last few years... Not that Naslund is doing all that great either

I'm not sure what you guys really expect from Bertuzzi... he's been pretty invisible for the last 3 years. Not to mention, just comming back from a concussion, he's not going to be much of a physical presence IMO.
