Anybody else got anything to say about Sammy? Sure as hell not ME!!!
-
I LOVE that scene! Thanks for throwing it on here!!

:rotflmao: I swear you just get better with each game. Meanwhile, I think the Wings have a great chance to win this one. KEEP UP THE PACE. Use all four lines. (The grind line was huge in helping to wear them down.) Take advantage of their stupid-ass penalties. TRAFFIC TO THE NET!!! GO, WINGS! GO, SWEET OZZIE!!
-
Yeah, sorry - that's what I meant - the PK. I don't hate him and you might have waited on the accusations to get an answer to your question? I just want to see him/them lose the series.
-
Now, who wants to assure all of us that the Hawks reeeeally aren't that good? Please?

Oh my gawd, I'm still laughing! This is my favorite so far, and there's been some GREAT ones! Thanks for the guffaws!

These are just GREAT! They bring back some really fond memories. Thanks a whole lot!

Wow. I'm sure that would be the thing that would ruin his day....
-
Yeupp. His minutes will go down because Brown will be back in. I guess Getzlaf filled in for him on the power play. Which hopefully, helped wear him down at least for that game. I still say...Ripple Effect will wear them down. KEEP UP THE PACE, WINGIES!!!
-
Thanks for inputing this. Two other things - I firmly believe if the Wings keep up their hyper pace, they will tire out the Ducks. OUr guys have had more rest so they need to keep pushing the envelope. The other thing - I re-watched Lidstrom's second goal a couple of times and it looked like Hiller actually moved to his left so that Lids would have more room to shoot the puck and I did not see it go through the five-hole. I have no idea what Hiller was thinking!

Now this is what I'm talkin' about.

This may seem like a wahld and crezzy idea, but what if Babcock put Ericsson in deliberately? Because he at least sensed that Ericsson could be an equal to Perry and knew that the a-hole would try to start something, especially after the whistle? Yeah, it doesn't explain why Rafalski didn't at least play on the second line (if he was able) but I kinda like the idea and as it turns out, it was a brilliant move. Perry would have killed Rafalski, mainly because of the size difference and because Perry times his cheapshots so he gets the off-guard advantage.

Pronger was -1 tonight. That helps too.
-
He added that "they" had timed it and between Hudler passing the puck and when Brown hit him was less than a second. The clock hadn't moved. ...yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaahhhhhhhhhh....

I still say they oughta have somebody in the house with one of those diving horns like they use on submarines when they pull that s***.
-
You GO, girl. And I mean that in the most sincere sense of the word!
-
We can still hope too that the Duckies will wear down as the series goes on. What the hey, why not?!
-
And that's the best news to come out of this game other than the win. PLUS, our guys handled the PK better than they have. I want to think that's a really good sign of things to come.

...There's more than one crystal ball out there? Good call!

Keep that crystal ball handy, Cookie!

Hmmm. Watch the ol' El Floppo Forsberg much? Then again, probably since you're from his neck of the woods. I truly thought he could have taught a college class in it.
