Check the skies!! Melrose says the upset series will be Anaheim beating the Sharks. And says it's gonna be Washington and Deetroit in the finals with Deetroit winning. For once I agree with almost everything he says!

We're in Texas and have Directv and the sports channels, plus Center Ice. All I know right now is this - Versus is carrying our game and it is not on the Center Ice channels because of that. Fox Detroit is also showing the game. I checked on the Directv schedule for 6 pm CT and the game is listed on Versus and Fox Detroit. Now, I'm assuming it will be on both channels and won't be blacked out on FoxD. That better be the case.....! I hate Versus.

I saw everyone of those games and they were a frickin' work of art. Big ol' Lindros could do NOTHING because he was forever and constantly harrassed. At the time, the Flyers thought that he would have to deal mostly with Konstantinov. Wrong, puck breath. It was Lids, et al, who mostly corralled and frustrated him.

Even though our Fox Detroit channels list tonight's game, I'm wondering if we'll get them here on Directv in Texas. Especially since it's also on Versus. OH, I hope so..... Didn't somebody here say that Versus doesn't have an exclusive on this series, or is that wishful remembering?

And how does that fourth line enforcer avenge the 'bully' on the 1st or 2nd line that caused the problem? You think most pro coaches would put an enforcer out there on a different line during the playoffs just to get retribution? Timing is everything. Whether you're talking about puck possession, goal scoring, passing, forechecking, retribution and fighting. It cannot and should not be used as a strategy.
