I can only respond to this paragraph. The major reason then was because we had the Russian Five. I believe, the best line in hockey to this day. They were a group art form. They were muscle and grace and finesse on ice. They made most opponents look like peewees. And I can't tell you how much I miss them. There really aren't words.

I also thought of the poster on here who was driving in with family from Colorado to see (I think) this game. Gawd...... If we'd flown in from Texas you can bet yer buns we woulda sued somebody for that fiasco.
