I always kind of liked him. He says some stoopid things some times but then he comes up with some gems like this.

I loved how the boyz were strongly suggesting that the Nabokov thing had really screwed with Howard's psyche while he's out there stopping puck after puck that his 'friends' were letting fly at him. Agreed to all of the above, and it's probably more evidence that the Team Thing isn't much of a priority right now. I'd like to think it's because they all feel overburdened by what's happening and that they need to do more on their own. Au Contraire. You gotta go with the shtick that got you to where you were really good. TEAMWORK. I want to think that when Datsyuk AND Homer are back on the ice we'll get more screens, traffic, and general physical insanity around the bad guy's net. I just emailed the NHL officials association and tried to email the Players Association too. The players' one didn't go through but the Officials' one did. I had to confirm I sent it by replying to their standard response email. Ya know you can't do much but that is something we could do. Probably a voice in the wilderness but I'm still glad I did it. Look at it this way. As bad as McSorley's hit was, he was a player out of control. I cannot imagine ANY player who is not insane, premeditatively going after another player - even Cooke - with that kind of malice aforethought. HE would have to be kicked out of the game.

Helluva game. It was a good thing to see the Packers and Rodgers win. They're a class act. It was also like killing two...um...birds with one stone, as in Favre and Roethlisberger. I'm happy I lived long enough to see a little Karma Thing happening there.

And I wonder how many hits he'll get out there before the NHL hits back and ends his career. What's it gonna take, NHL?
