I also really appreciated the line about Russian skating and passing being the closest thing to Mozart. That's the best description I've seen/heard that describes my feelings about watching the Russian Five. Oh, how I miss them.

Saw some loud-mouthed Pits idiot yelling at one of the Senators (?) in the penalty box. Why do I think if the player had jumped up and said "BOO!", that NeenerWannabe would have had to change his diapers. If he could have found his mommy. I've never understood that kind of behavior. People who do that must not realize how stupid they look.

The sound via FSD has always been iffy, far as I'm concerned. You'd think by now they'd figure out consistent levels, but they haven't so far. Mickey is usually twice as loud as Ken, and it seems that their levels are always lower than most channels to begin with...as in switching between hockey games. Go figure... But I could sure as hell hear the crowd. They were WONderful!!

We were at the Joe about a month ago to see two games and I don't remember seeing anything like that. Poop! I hope they make it available to the public or at least show it enough on FSD for me to see it. THANK YOU, Rockitman. I'm sitting here losing it all over again. :beerbuddy:

I was very happy with the outcomes of both the Hawks/Preds and the Sharks/Avs' games. Probably no team needed humbling more than the Hawks and their fans and I hope it continues. I want the Preds to give 'em everything they can handle, so when we hopefully play the Hawks, we can finish 'em off that much easier. Always hated the Avs, and always kinda liked the Sharks. So between those games and the Wings' wonderful win, I'm a very happy camper.
