You guys down for Game 1? StevieBoy, if you're already at the Moontime and it's a good time, I'd be happy to come check it out, cheer on the Wings with you and anybody else that wants to go. The more the merrier. I know Crymson (lives in Boulder) mentioned meeting up too. -

I hope nobody on our team drops the gloves with him, haha. As far as that quote, for the most part he's right, protect yourself at all times. Sticks up though... not so much. I also agree that Kronwall's hits have been borderline sometimes and I'm actually surprised the media hasn't given him more grief about it. But I do love that him and Drake have been throwing some hits. Love it! -
haha, I think you are 100% correct. I expect ridiculous levels of hatred... and yeah, I'll probably partake. Malkin, Orpik, Ruutu, Laraque, Malone will most lilkely be in there as well to a lesser extent. I look forward to it!!!

Good to hear. I'll be in Boulder tonight, but I think for either Game 7 or hopefully the SCF's I'll definitely check out the Moontime. -
Maybe it was just a really bad game, but I cringed just about everytime Cheli was on the ice. I'd be surprised if he was benched, I'm sure he brings a lot of leadership to the table as well. The Wings just need some sort of wake up call, and I trust Babcock/Lidstrom to step up!!!

I'm still decently confident about Monday. Not based on the last two games, but the team we've had all year. I do wonder what Babcock does to shake things up.

Hopefully the boys will at least take from the last two games that being at the game isn't enough to win. I hate to say this, but Dallas earned the last two.. bad call and all (game 4). Wake up f***ers!!! Cheli, Sammy, Cleary... dude, WTF?

this is a ONE goal game with more than 1/3 left to play. Plenty of time to tie it up, and take the lead.

I really didn't think that specific quote was really that bad. It usually takes more than a quote like that for me to lose respect for a player. Pronger and Ed Belfour would be good examples of that, based on their actions.

I think I remember them doing that last year too. Not a surprise. Still saddens me that two hours of hype preceding a 60 second race is more important to the average American than the Western Conference Finals. Ah well.

I agree. The call definitely hurt and was a horrible call.... But damn, the Wings had plenty of other chances. And the Wings aren't the first victim of a bad call this playoffs... it happens man. -
Maybe the Wings really wanted to give the Mule a little longer to heal up Frustrating game, but who here honestly expected a sweep going in? Dallas is a good team and proving it... and the Wings are a better team and have already proven that Let's finish em at the Joe. More playoff hockey to watch, I suppose.

I'm glad they survived taking all those penalties. I think with some 5 on 5 or especially a PP we'll get the lead yet again! (I hope at least, haha)
