I gotta be honest. I don't like this at all. I know that people say that the wings could use some extra muscle here and there but Todd Bertuzzi? He's a totally classless, unprofessional goon. The Wings signing Todd Bertuzzi is like The United States electing a known crime boss to Congress. It's ridiculous! This is the same guy who sucker punched a guy from behind and sent him to the hospital, then cried boo hoo "that's not how I play the game" in his press conference apology. Are we serious? I'm not talking about his level of play. I'm not talking about his ability to be a secondary scorer. I don't care about his injury ridden past with the wings. I'm not sitting here going "oh he's no good. He can't do this or that." I'm saying he's an ******* who, by his very signing, makes the entire Wings organization look like assholes. I don't like it. not one bit.

problem is, they only marginalized ONE star. Crosby. Malkin ran away with the rest of the show. Thats why every ******* time some idiot starts talking about how Crosby is the best player in the world, I shoot back with the fact that he's not even the best player on his team.

as everyone has said... the officiating sucked ass. But the Wings are a good enough team to overcome that. and we simply did not play like that team.

those "damn europeans" won us the cup last year. our captain is a "damn european" I can understand how you're hating hossa, but as for those "damn europeans," what the hell is the matter with you?

If the Wings got robbed, I would be much different. I'm upset, no doubt. I punched a hole in my bedroom door, much to my fiance's displeasure. But the Penguins earned it... and for that I congratulate them.

Was Brad Stuart a good defenseman for most of the year/playoffs? yes. Did he make some great plays? yes. Does he play at a level that deserves a place on our roster? yes. However. Two simple mistakes by Brad Stuart contributed very strongly to us losing this game. That is why he deserves the s*** he's getting.

Now that this series is over, and Hossa lost to his old team, he looks like the biggest dumbass in the history of professional sports. Had he not played like a ***** all finals, he might not be in this position. He has himself to blame.

if the Wings win the Cup, I'll keep my promise to the Lord and actually try to work on my temper that goes nuts during games. If they lose... well... I'll be spending more time repenting, that's for sure.

I've seen this as well, and it's been driving me f***in crazy. games 3,4, and 6 have all been the same thing: suck early, surge late. unfortunately in those cases, the surge was too late. If we fall behind 2-0 in the first two periods, this thing is over. we NEED to get the early lead.

This is some of the dumbest s*** I've ever read. Bench rafalski? The guy can't be faulted in either of the goals scored tonight. And we lost because we didnt produce NEARLY as many scoring opportunities as we could/should have. Bench one of the finest defensemen in the league? have you forgotten about his offensive contributions this year? have you forgotten about his high level of play defensively? goodness ******* gracious. we lose one game and everyone is looking to kick someone's s*** that doesn't deserve it... blame the whole team for christ's sake! it was a losing effort by the whole team!

gentlemen, we deserved to lose this game. outshot 21-7 in the first two periods? over half of our shots coming from the point? We failed to create opportunities, and the opportunities we did have, we squandered. Throw in a little bad luck, and you're butt f***ed. The Wings better put some quality shots on net in game 7, or else we're all gonna have to put up with the "Sidney Crosby wins the cup, establishing his destiny" bulls*** for the next 20 years.

For Christ sake. I've been a die hard wings fan for 15+ years, which was BEFORE the dynasty. I say one negative (albeit TRUE) thing about the team or a game, and I'm a bandwagon jumper? It's ridiculous. WINGS IN 7! you happy?
