IF we sign Hudler, I wouldn't mind seeing the lines in the beginning of the year kind of looking like this. It seems kind of screwy with some players playing out of their natural position, but I feel that the first two offensive lines together could truely produce points over the season with the bottom two giving us energy. I say give him the start to prove himself, if he doesn't show anything within the first dozen games, his time in the winged wheel is done.

I agree as well. I don't care what anyone says. The league's struggling, and he's our proclaimed savior to the league. I wouldn't even put Crosby this year in the top 15 of Performance Skaters. I'm crazy about Hudler, especially considering his small physique and the numbers he's put up in the past couple years in Grand Rapids. He's already reminding me of a St. Louis or a Gionta -- always digging hard and being a thorn in the side of the opponent. While I am a little skeptical about his professional experience, I feel he can be a key player in the post-season.
