God, I love playoff hockey!!! There is nothing like late night, after late night, of grinding match-ups.... This Sharks/Flames game is turning out to be quite enjoyable. All that is left to say is, "Go Flames"!

Your number 1 reason is the big one for me....I simply cannot stand the possibility that Chris "Pansy Ass" Pronger would ever, and I mean ever, have his dirty hands on Lord Stanley's Cup. Plus, I like Ottawa! That just happens to be less of a reason than the Pronger issue. Go Sens!!!!

This game didn't end the way I wanted, but the Wings have always been my team and they always be my team! Thank you for a tremendous season. I will wear my Wings gear tomorrow and hold my head high!!! I am ready to start the countdown for the puck drop on the 2007-2008 season. I LOVE MY WINGS!!!

It's hard to imagine that there are many fans more disappointed than I was today. I am a Detroit Redwings fan if they win and I am a Detroit Redwings fan if they lose. It's always easier to be on the upside of a win, but I will not give up on my team. This is a 7 game series...we have played 5 of those games and find ourselves down one game. Okay, so what.....we will support our team and pray for the best. We will go through our game time rituals, celebrate, whine and hopefully do what it takes to advance to the Stanley Cup Finals. I refuse to quit believeing in a team that has given me such joy....and at times....such pain. I AM A FAN!!! THE WINGS ARE MY TEAM!!! I won't be doing anything but cheering my heart out and feeling secure that MY TEAM WILL WIN. No negatives from me other than admitted hatred for one Duck named Pronger. We all have our faults and that is mine. Here's to seeing OUR team play their best and face Ottawa in the Finals!

Glad I checked this thread early......my Comcast TV Planner shows the game at 10:00 pm EDT. I would have been so angry if I missed any of this game. All I have to say is, "LET'S GO WINGS".

I agree with you. This is a seven game series. I am not ready to jump ship or pretend that I know how to coach an NHL team. I think Babcock has done an above average job of coaching the Wings. My thoughts run along the same lines that I have read in this and other forums. We miss Holmstrom...we need his butt parked in front of the goalie. I'm not happy with either Lang or Sammy. We can't afford repeated turnovers, especially in the Playoffs. Bertuzzi? I'm not sure what the deal is there. I don't know if he's still trying to get into form after missing the regular season or if he is being watched so closely by the officials that he can't get into the game, for fear of penalties. Whatever the case, it's just not working. Wednesday is a new day and a pivotal 4th game. I am confident that with Homer back and few "tweaks" with the lines, we will be tied 2-2.

I slept in this morning, wore my Lidstrom jersey all day (which was tough, since it was 84 degrees here), and bought a case of beer. I am ready to watch some killer hockey tonight....I don't care how many OT's are needed for a Wings victory!!!
