Here we go playing for overtime. Do this everygame its close. We just stop playing the last 5-10 minutes of the 3rd.

Seriously if I see Flip do that stupid BS where he enters the zone and spins at the hash marks I'm gonna puke!!! FIND SOME MOVES FLIP. I would bet he does it 50 times per game. Enters the zone, hits hash marks and SPIN!

Aren't you the one who talked about the losing streak possibly helping them out? Not being rude but I just totally agree. They need SOMETHING to help them out and if that means them getting dominated a couple games and losing I'm all for it P.S. This is why I love Hossa. Has heart, determination and I LOVE to watch him celebrate a goal. Shows you how much love he has to win!!! Anyways, this team needs SOMETHING to get their heads out of their asses, I think everyone would agree. Let them get dominated a couple games. Mix some things up. SOMETHING just needs to happen cause I can't take this all season.

Oh and can we PLEASE trade Flip. He has been unbelievably invisible this year. Guy showed such promise too

I seriously feel sorry for Hossa. Guy comes here to play with all these amazing players and win a Cup. Takes a huge freaking salary hit to do it, and ends up having to play with a bunch of stars who ******* look like s***.

I'm so damn jealous!!! Definitely happy for ya though also. Your story instantly reminded me of a fun, yet disturbing story I always tell my friends... Playing competitive hockey all my life, my family and I have met some people well connected with the Wings. A buddy, Shawn Hayes, his father used to be a goal judge so knew some of the staff and players. Another friend of the family was a man named Brent Charnock. I played hockey with his son Justin. Well this man was very well in with the Red Wings organization and ended up coming very close with Sergie Fedorov (I believe he was Fedorovs agent for a little while). They drove around their Harleys all the time and he ended up helping Sergie learn some english. Anyways, one day in the summer me and my family go out real quick to stupid f'n ice cream (what a mistake that ended up being). Well Brent Charnock, knowing what big of a Fedorov fan I used to be, was riding around the town with Sergie on their Harleys and decided to stop by my house. Like I said, he was a good friend of the family so after knocking on the front door he went around to the back door and let himself in to see if we were anywhere to be found. Anyways, long story short, we get home and there's a note on my counter: Bida's (our last name) Me and Mr. Fedorov were riding around town on our Harleys. Stopped by to introduce you. Sorry you weren't around. Better luck next time. -Brent At first I thought it was a joke, but it later set in that this man was not joking. Having been to his house he had pictures galore of him and many Red Wings, a few were of Fedorov on him on their Harleys. Ever since then, I've done nothing but regret going to get ice cream that day!!!

We're just gonna have to agree to disagree here. Nothing wrong with that at all but I think they've been great together. Chemistry between 2 players like it is with Dats & Z and Dats & Hossa do not just come as naturally as you might think. *Especially* only 25 games of playing together on a line. I don't think they've been wishy washy at all. Like I said, I really would like to see our top 3 guys on a line dominating the other teams. Like the Russian 5 used to. I just don't think that Babs is that type of coach though, unlike how Bowman used to like to stack a line. Hell, many coaches will stack their first line. They did it all last year in Ottawa too.

Whoa! Definitely not jumping down your throat buddy... swear. I mean, I do somewhat see your point but I just don't think throwing Hossa out there with Flip (who again I cannot emphasize enough has been completely invisible this year) and Franzen is the smartest move. If anything, I wouldn't mind him stacking our lines. Let me see a line of Z, Dats and Hossa. Maybe even swapping Franzen and Hossa around. That way the top 2 lines would be... Franzen - Dats - Holmer Hossa - Zata - (this could be anyone really. Cleary, Huds, Flip) I don't know, I just don't think it's right to put Hossa with a shooter and someone who makes the same god damn play every single game where he skates into the zone and does that stupid stop/spin move and dish it back to the D. Plus, the way Hossa and Dats' chemistry has been getting better and better every game, I just can't see splitting those 2 up. Other than those 2, do whatever you want with the lines.

Yea well unfortunately people have been saying (and been praying for) that all season long
