Great series, much respect to you guys and your team. You guys showed a s*** ton of heart and resiliency, something I hope my team can learn from these last few games. Hold your heads high. I have no doubt (barring a collapse on our end) that we'll see you around this time next year. -

Well done guys, good game. You wanted it way more than we did and it definitely showed in the third period with the comeback. We've had two chances to close this out and have choked (as tradition would seemingly dictate) both times. Momentum's on your side. See you Tuesday, hopefully we'll find our way off the plane. -

Weak calls and poor officiating there at the end. Don't think we're blind to it too, I didn't see a slash either. The boarding on Bertuzzi was pretty weak too. Hopefully OT is a bit cleaner, I'd hate to see this game decided by a soft call, regardless of the side. -

Why all the doom and gloom, my friends? The Wings fans I remember are a confident bunch. It's too early in the season to give it up. Plus, your boys did play a tough game last night and didn't get into SJ until 2:30 this morning. Come on Wings fans, keep the faith in your boys.

To be honest, Marleau is invisible a lot of the time. Him playing with Joe worked for a bit last year but they just didn't mesh well in the end in my opinion.

That was your first mistake . Don't take that place seriously. A good chunk of them are just excited prepubescent children... or so it seems. Some are good though. We did want to play you guys just because we didn't want to play Anaheim for the 20 millionth time this year and we've had more success against you. Do we think Hasek's garbage? Of course not. If he was you wouldn't be in the playoffs now would you?

You mean you had doubts? As for my take on the topic at hand here, I think we can throw the regular season games out the window. A 9-4 victory in January is pretty meaningless come playoff time, as are most of the other numbers and statistics. Neither team plays overly dirty from what I've seen so it should be a fast paced series, hopefully officiated fairly. I'm psyched for Thursday!
