Whoohooooo! Great game, even though I can only watch it with one eyeball. Unfortunately I have to keep the other eyeball on work. Red Wings playoff games should be national holiday.

As I said, I'm pretty mild at hockey games. But when I'm home watching the games on tv, I cuss like a sailor. I suppose I should be watching my language because the neighborhood kids might hear me? Seriously, if your kids are that fragile, don't bring them to a hockey game. Most kids will hear the f-word when they get to grade school anyway. My school was far from rough and I knew all the cuss words by the time I was in second grade.

Yep. That's always been my thought too. He's damn good, yes, but not the greatest. The Devils just had stellar D in years past. I don't care about his personal life though. None of that should have ever made the news. It's between him and his family.

I admit during the games I say all kinds of sh*t when I'm angry, but I really do believe in this team.

It's not my job to be any kid's role model. Like I said I don't get extremely vulgar but a lot of fans do. In my group of STHs for an AHL team, a lot of us have stressful lives, stressful jobs, and the hockey games are where we let off steam. You might have a valid complaint if we were letting off steam in the middle of a McDonald's playland. Like someone already said, the whole world can't be child proof.

I agree. I don't go to a kids' hockey game, Chuck E. Cheese or a park on a Saturday afternoon and swear, but I'm not going to censor myself at a playoff hockey game. I'm not one to yell f*ck anybody, but I hear that word countless times during a game. If's your kid's ears are that fragile, leave him home. Then I won't have to worry about him kicking the back of my seat either. I had some mom get all huffy with me and my friend once because my friend sad "damn" in front of her precious children, who looked to be about 12 years old. Yeah, they haven't heard that and worse at school by now.

Good call, but any real hockey fan knows the fiasco that was games 3 and 4 was not all Dom's fault. The entire team, save 1 or 2 guys, has looked like s***. I love Dom, have since long before he was a Wing the first time around, but I don't care who's in goal as long as the Wings win.

At least Detroit makes the playoffs on a regular basis. How 'bout dem Hawks?!

Well let's hope they can play like they did in the 4rd for all 60 minutes of Friday's game.
