haha. he was so funny too. during his shifts he would mostly just stand watching the guys playing, laughing. haha. he still has some pretty slick speed going on though. it was awesome. he scored a goal. the place went nuts. he had a try in the shoot out too but didnt score. it was 6-6 after 3. went right to shootout. with the Wings Alumni winning haha.

Has anyone else heard about this? I heard it today on the radio and bought tickets for me and my dad. Tickets right now are $7 for adults and $4 for kids. I think the prices go up to like $10 and $6 or something closer to the date. I wish I knew who was going to be playing, but I cant find it anywhere. Red Wings Alumni game tonight

thats what I was thinking too. if it was Z or any of our guys, I am sure there would be people on this board up in arms over the play. I dont have a problem with any goalie going out to challenge the play, but when you knew you are going to run into the guy it goes into a grey area. bottom line is the guy could have been seriously injured. Its a good thing he wasnt. I love the fights and physicality of the game, but when it comes to serious injuries that could be career or life ending....its not worth it. whats more important, the game or the person? and that isnt meant just for Dom's play at all. there have been quite a few dirty hits and plays that haven't been called for. and I dont think what Dom did is dirty, a few factors went together and could have ended up badly. Every player out there needs to start being more responsible for their actions and paying attention and keeping their heads up.
