no it really wasnt directed at you lol. I promise! I have liked hockey for my whole life, I have really gotten into it since the lockout, so does that make me a horrible stupid fan? Probably..oh well lol no one shoot Ross, I would miss him! haha. If you would like to know what thread, I would be more than happy to fill you in! haha

you cant base everything on how old they are or how long they have been a fan though. Someone can be a fan for 50 years and know less than someone who has been a fan for 4 years. It depends on the person. not their age or time frame of being a fan. that said there are a few people on here who are young and do make stupid posts and it is them who brings the intelligence of all younger posters in the eyes of the older posters. There are also some older fans who are just as bad if not worse than some of the younger ones. its all just very stupid. Dont judge a person on how long they have been a fan or how old they are, look at their posts and see if they have good points (whether or not they agree with you or not) and then decide how you feel about them. Not look and see they only have 50 posts, joined 6 months ago, and are only 18, they can still know a hell of a lot about hockey. (this wasnt directed at you Brandon....lol I just had to vent lol) here is the post of the guidlines for those of you who missed it in the other thread

I saw your post there though and I agree. nope sorry you joined only 2 years ago. that means you have only been watching hockey for 2 years. therefore you cant have an opinion on anything that actually means anything! didnt you know this?

yeah, I like how one of them said because you are in Colorado you dont know anything either . they dont bother to ask anyone if they had moved to where they live, or if they had ever played hockey. they just assume things. It is disgusting, because obviously your join date, and location indicate your intelligence!
