haha I dont use mine that much, haha I just got a new one a few months ago....it took me forever to find where it tells me what my phone number is haha. And even now when I look for it it takes me a little bit to find it. Haha but my phone before I got this one was like 4 or 5 years old and way outdated haha

Are you saying that we sold the same amount of seats as Anaheim did, but because the Joe is bigger if we would have been at the Honda center it would have been sold out? I would still think that Michigans economy had an impact on why not as many people went. Not everyone has the disposable income to spend a couple hundred on tickets. Where I work we have taken a big hit because people don't have the same amount of disposable income as they have in the past and would rather buy gas and groceries than go out for any luxuries. well thats good, and I would rather start off with something like a buffet and then go into one where you are actually serving. I know, and thats why I wasn't too surprised that the number wasnt some astronomical amount. The thing that gets me is the media saying that Anaheim is the new Hockeytown just because they won the cup. When as Cap'n OsGod as posted we had huge amounts for our first win in 54 years. I know that in a post before you stated that Detroit will always be Hockeytown so this isnt meant towards you. But I think it is pretty cheap of the media to take jabs at our local economy when we dont sell out all playoff games.

I am trying to wake up! haha After staying up until 4:30 totally pwning Marc, I tried to go to bed....but I had had some coffee ice cream at about 12.....not a good idea. I couldnt fall asleep until 6:30....at least thats the last time I looked at the clock. then the phone kept waking me up and I finally just gave up. I hope I can stay awake during the movie later today haha. How is your job going?

I haven't seen one person on this thread bring up the point that the Ducks didnt deserve to win, so I don't know where you are going with that.

honestly all this talk from people saying that Detroit is no longer Hockeytown makes me laugh. so your team has won the cup, so? You dont have as big of a following as Detroit and if the Ducks do bad next year, then should they still be the "new" Hockeytown? Excuses such as we didnt sell out all playoff games and all that are a load of crap, Michigans economy is crap people dont want to spend a hundred dollars on playoff tickets. People just dont have the disposable income. but dont get me wrong I am all for people loving the sport of hockey no matter what team they are rooting for. As long as there is a hockey team in Detroit, it will always be Hockeytown.
