Yeah I'm 16 almost 17. I'm young, but I'm not one of those young teen girl hockey fans that is only obsessed with how hot the players are and know nothing about the game. I love playing hockey, watching hockey, and talking about hockey. thank you

I miss Nolan. He was a great captain, but since he got older I don't think he will ever be as good as he used to.

I would love to play hockey, but everything around here is so darn expensive. So I usually just put on my skates and play rollerhockey with my friends outside everyday. I'm slowly buying equipment so that when I join a team later on I won't have to worry about all the gear.

I really don't think that they are gonna trade marleau. Some of those rumors were from sites (not the ones you mentioned) that always say people are gonna get traded and it never ends up happening, but I remember reading an article after the playoffs stating that Marleau would not be stripped of his captaincy. That makes me think he's gonna stay and there is no reason to trade him for one bad playoff season. He is an awesome player and a great guy and DW would be crazy to trade him.

I'm gonna miss Toskala. He was a great guy. I have mixed feeling about this trade. Toskala is also a great goalie. I'm happy to get rid of Bell and this opened up Cap space...so maybe he'll trade the picks and a player for Drury or something, but I dont know. I just hope all goes well.

haha I know how you feel, but I gotta be nice to Ducks fans cause my boyfriend is one. I respect some, but a lot I have met have been....umm...yeah. But I will try not to judge a fanbase based on a few people I have talked

Yeah, my Sharks ain't too great at keeping a lead, obviously. Their game starts usually from coming back for the win. So I'm almost to the point where I hope the other team gets the first goal, but I don't know...maybe next year it will be different and we will learn not to sit back on a lead. Cause other teams, like the Red Wings, will eventually figure that out.

I really enjoyed talking about hockey here during playoffs and stuff. This is a good place with classy people for the most part. I have never had any detroit fan be rude to me and I've had that with a lot of other forums. So I'd like to continue posting here

This is kinda disturbing. Though I am still rooting for Ottawa cause I could never EVER cheer for the ducks, but the dirty play from both teams is annoying. The diving, cheapshots....neither team to me seems like they deserve the cup. It's sad..but I'd say Sens are playing slightly less dirty

lol..we had heat even during winter this year. Our weather was really whacked out. It would be raining hard one day and completely sunny and hot the next day. I think we had like a week of rain total all year

Funny thing...if you live in heat you really hate it and wish you lived where it snows, you live in the snow you learn to hate it and wish you lived where its hot....I dont like the heat cause its hard to get out of. You can use fans and airconditioning and stuff, but that costs a lot of money and doesnt always work. At least when it's cold you can throw blankets around you along with about a million pairs of clothes and sit in front of a fire sipping hot cocoa....lol oh and you get to build snowmen and all that crap....and I just noticed i'm going off topic. I'm sorry

Actually California heat gets kind of old after a while. I actually prefer the cold, but I don't live where it snows and stuff so I guess I wouldn't really know what weather like that is like to live with. But yeah, the heat reaally sucks. Especially in the summer

yeah he did great for us. Maybe it's just good chemistry cause Tom Preissing wasn't the best denfensmen with us and when we traded him now he's great...ugh...I can't believe we traded him for Bell
