It's strange, but it's so good to hear things like this. I'm always so frustrated when the wings give generic "gotta work harder" interviews after bad losses. Good to see the passion is there, not that I doubted it was, just nice to have it confirmed.

Of all the first round WC match ups, this is the least exciting to me. Such a shame that Kopitar is injured. Will be cheering for the Kings.

Phoenix were definitely my preferred first round opponent. Glad we didn't get Anaheim or Nashville. I remember building a pretty strong hatred for Shane Doan last year I wonder if that will continue. Detroit in 6.

I love the mule, but franzen looks like a tool trash talking toews like that.

Wow this is hard to watch. There's only one team on the ice tonight. I feel like we have barely touched the puck all game. At least it's early, still have plenty of time to mount the comeback. Hopefully Babcock can light a fire.
