I would generally be sceptical of anything hockey related reported by ESPN. Having said that, it wouldn't be a huge shock I guess. I don't ever want to see him leave, but I'm sure other teams have offered good oppurtunities for the GM position.

I wouldn't mind putting them together for emergency situations, if we can't get anything else going. I do not feel however that a second line of Bert Flip and Mule would be strong enough for a whole game, unless mule gets it going. I remember him and flip (+hossa) had some good chemistry together for awhile. This is assuming you'd be swapping Mule with Z?

I never said they didn't deserve their success, in fact I said twice that they have played well and deserve the success they earn. What I'm saying is that Phoenix is no place for an NHL team..In my opinion, especially when you have super rich hockey markets in Canada that would kill for a team.

Just to be clear, I have no problem with them winning the cup as a team, if they do, then they most likely earnt it. What I have a problem with, is the fact that the team is in Phoenix. The NHL is only hurting itself and it makes me angry

Where were they during the regular season? There was also quite a bit of red in that crowd. Even if the Coyotes were to win the cup, it would do VERY little for hockey's popularity or revenue in comparison to say a Canadian team winning or Detroit for that matter.

Wings in 6 was always my prediction so I shall stick with that. It's funny, I never predict the wings will sweep, then when they lose a game in a series I freak out haha. A lot can happen in a series. No way we are out of this one yet

I'd be more inclined to believe that** if the series was being decided by poor officiating, however that's clearly not the case, Phoenix have just been working their ass off and it's paying dividends. **I'd never be inclined to believe that.

Whilst they have earnt their 2 wins, I hate the Coyotes so much. I keep hearing things on other boards like "Oh it would be so good for hockey, if Phoenix wins" That is complete crap. Sure it might "save" Phoenix, but a tiny fanbase becoming a small fanbase, won't do hockey much good at all. Move this joke of a team to somewhere that cares. Ok maybe I'm still blinded with irrational anger after this loss, but I had to get that out there. I hate watching Phoenix, I hate losing to Phoenix, I HATE the Phoenix Coyotes. There I said it. I'm not a fan of 3am starts to watch the wings lose to some joke of a team, which has no right to exist. Big third period wings, start taking advantage of your opportunities, show these fools who's boss.
