I'd like to see a wings caps SCF. No doubts we would be celebrating our 12th cup if they managed to win their game 7 with the pens last year. Plus my boss at work has become a big caps fan over the last few seasons (he must have got sick of me talking about hockey so he picked his own team haha), so a Wing caps matchup would create some interesting times at work too

He hates losing, it might not be a great thing but its something I could understand. If i was getting my ass handed to me in the stanley cup finals I'd be pissed too. Ovechkin is just as bad in this respect, possibly worse since he begins to shun the media. Take a look at the recent olympics for an example, do you hate Ovechkin too?

We should have a "best of" vote for each round that we make it. Then the winners from each round could face of in a best overall vote.

So do I, big fan of Vinny, Marty and Steven "Not ready for the NHL" Stamkos. The team has a lot of talent, just need to find a better system. Best of luck to them.

I know right, I can never sleep properly during the playoffs, way too excited. I love this sport. I love this team! Go Wings. I shall add your blog to my favorites along with all the other RW ones that i read, can never have too many.

Yes two games against the Islanders disqualify Sid from Hart contention. If you didn't notice the pens only just managed to win that game in OT. Pens might not even be in the playoffs if it weren't for Sid's play. He definitely deserves it.

Haha, lucky for me, If I ever miss a game through work or uni no ones going to spoil it for me because no one cares! ...of course that's actually a bad thing. Wish Australia was hockey crazy..I can only dream.

He would be very deserving, I just prefer skaters to win the MVP over goalies. I don't really know why Actually, speaking of goal tenders. Howard has been just as important to us as miller to the sabres. Millers numbers are obviously better though. I really feel Howard going to win the Calder

Don't forget Phoenix had a ridiculous amount of shootout wings this year (19?) which inflates the point total somewhat. As someone already said, Bryz needs to be their best player. I just hope the wings don't underestimate the team though as they obviously have something going for them.
