at least my economics final went well. Wings in 7

People seem to ask this question every single game day so i thought it would be a good idea to let people know in advance rather than the info being lost in the GDT. I hope this helps some people out.

Game 5 is one game i would not have minded missing too much. Probably avoided losing a few years of your life. I was 18 at the time but i felt 94 after that one, couldn't get out of bed

I think its important that you look at the circumstances in which the comment was made. ie on a pens board probably filled with various bashings of different players (most of those against ovy most likely since hes their nemesis in the east). Its pretty clear there was no intention. The guy probably should included a "lol" or emoticon or something but i still think a police report is a little over the top. Seriously go look through some of our GDT's you will find similar statements. I don't condone them but its not something that should be investigated. btw: your sig is great

Sidenote: out of curiousity, do you pretty much get called out every single time your working a shift? Or do you normally have a few quite days?

That is awesome! I have work the day of game 7 too but i should be able to get the whole game in before my shift starts. (game starts at 8am here work starts at 12) If it goes to OT though....will ask for a few hours off my shift, hopefully they oblige.

I have an economics exam on during game 6, have no idea how im going to focus on it I usually just torrent the games if i don't catch them live. Game 6 is being shown on pay tv over here though so ill record it and watch it when i get home. I can never just go look at the score though, i have to watch it. Especially during the playoffs. Luckily its easy to avoid spoilers in this part of the world.

Agreed, I'm not going to be able to sleep until game day I'm so nervous/excited. Seriously, because of the time difference the games are on at 8am so i can never sleep the night before. Went to bed at 4am last night felt terrible in the morning haha.

Some people on this board are beyond a joke. Its either all or nothing isn't it? If the wings win they are fine. If they lose its pretty much the end of the world, [insert player name] cant play [insert position here] to save his life!!11! Wost of all is when you have people sitting behind a computer telling the world that "X player doesnt care" or "obviously the wings don't care" Are you kidding me?? They have played 82+ games this year but yea your right they just "don't care", their lives are spent chasing the cup and they are 2 wins away from achieving it but yea your probably right i doubt they care. After previously buying jerseys from NHL.com and not being too happy with the heat pressed lettering ( as well as ridiculous shipping charges to Australia), I thought I'd try something different for my next one. Has anyone used these guys before? If so hows the quality? They were the cheapest in terms of shipping for me so hopefully they are trustworthy too. Well it would still be nice i think to have his jersey for his first stanley cup win if thats how the events play out. Has always been one of my favourite players even before landing in Mo-town. Besides unlike some people on these boards I haven't written off the mans carreer as a fail based on one playoff run.
