Hey guys, longtime viewer of the site, but never really posted. Anyways, I work at a golf club in Columbus, Ohio and saw on the tee sheet today that six Red Wing players will be playing the course tomorrow with one of the members. There were no actual names on the tee sheet but I'll let you know tomorrow when I find out. Hopefully it will be a good story!

I live in Columbus and saw Hartigan play tons of times. While he isnt the top 6 guy the Wings are looking for, he is a hell of a player. He was instantly one of my favorite players because he works incredibly hard, is a great team player, and gets the most out of what he has. Hes not overly big, but not small either (6 foot). He wont crack the Wings lineup, but he will produce in Grand Rapids and possibly get a call up if needed.

sounds awesome, im all for it.

We all know that certain guys most likely are not coming back, guys like langer...With that said, Flip is gonna be a hell of a player, but I would like to see some more depth down the middle. Who wouldn't love to see a guy like (Briere, Drury, or Gomez) added to the lineup. Someone that can play in the middle, or also on the wing if we decide to put both Pavel and Hank at Center. All of these guys will come with a hefty pricetag, so it'll be difficult to ****** one of them up, but god id love to see Drury or Gomez in a Wings jersey. At D I think even if we let Schneids walk we should be okay. Hopefully the injury bug isnt as bad as this year. With Lids, Kronwall, Chelli, Lilja (played pretty well this playoffs...other than the giveaway), Lebda, then you have guys like Quincey and Kindl fighting for a spot. On the PP, we'd have Lids, Kronner, Lebda, Sammy, and maybe Kindl, so I think were ok there... as for goaltending, well i guess we will have to see...

Markov is as tough as they come, let him smoke if he chooses.... as long as he can keep up with the drills and continues his strong play in the games. i dont see why he wouldnt just start packing lips though?

no sammy on d. lets all hope lebs is able to play tomorrow and if not then one of the boys from rapids can fill in. if any forward were to go back, itd definitely be malts...but for now well stick with lebs and the call-ups.

I know this is off topic, but is anyone else a little disappointed with Calder and his play in the playoffs? He was brought in to throw his weight around and make us a tougher team (which i guess he is doing a little bit, but no more than guys like Malts and Cleary), but also to "regain his old form" and help put some pucks in the net, which it seems he has yet to do.
