I didn't get to see the entire game from last night, but saw Chelios get dumped by someone and took a blow to the head. They mentioned in the TSN highlights that he was shaken up on the play. It looked like the kind of play that could result in a mild concussion. Any word on him? Cheli going down with an injury (or any other of our top four D-men) would be catastrophic at this point. Any news would be appreciated.

Great job as usual Aflac!!! My prediction 3-2. Not sure which team will get the W, however. It will be a tight one anyhow. BTW, I love how the streaming replay is available as part of the pregame post!!

Hmmm...let me offer a guess: It = game winning goals in games 2 & 3

At the start of the playoffs, there was this vague estimate of "maybe by the third round", should the wings make there. Since the later stages of the sharks series, the estimate was pushed back to "could be back by the finals". We shouldn't hold our breath until we hear something solid about his progress, and even then I am a bit pessimistic. The guy probably hasn't even been able to skate (broken sacrum), and will take a long time to get into game shape. I get the feeling that we will have to make due with the guys that are healthy.

Thanks for the update, guys! I'm glad to hear that he's okay. I am pretty much expecting the Ducks to take runs at our D-men at every opportunity. I wouldn't be surprised if they're thinking that if they take out one of them on a questionable play, it will make the difference in the series. Let's all hope that it stays clean out there!

Getting the "A" or "C" is more a matter of leadership than it is of statistics or playing time. Pavel comes across as rather shy and reserved guy, not exacty the kind of person that would rally the troops with strong words.
