1) Dislike the fit of the new jersey on the skaters. Morbid curiosity still for the netminder's fit. 2) The "A" is too big on that side of the sweater 3) Most prospects still have the body of a 15 year old. They are all skinny. 4) Practice jersey's seem to be looser.

Not big on the dark jersey's sleeves and the black void under the hurricane stripe. But then again the more I look at the bottom of the jersey's the more I wonder why it's designed like that.

Injuries... and failing to live up to expectations because of this past season. It's going to be an interesting season and I'm so looking forward to it. I think that there will be a few surprises and more than a few hate filled threads on the board. Side note 1: I think that the Ducks, Sharks, and Flames will win the reg season series, but it's not the playoffs and the band isn't in tune yet so the dance really won't have begun. Side note 2: (for Opie's thoughts esp) The pendulem's seems to be starting to swing back towards pro-fighting on the minor league level, or at least stop moving towards all out ban on fighting. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out over the next few years.

Man, I just realized that I can't do fantasy sports this year. I'm on vacation for a month to Puerto Rico. and may be without internet for ~4 months. Oh well better luck next season. Good luck in y'alls season

Yes Carr has been upsetting alot of alumni with his bowl record and recent records against ND and that silly tree school to the south. Have faith though, the big ten could still be had. Also, to make people feel better, one loss early doesn't kill national title hopes most of the time. However, with that said... App. State?!?! it could be a long season.

Good marketing campaign... reminds me of the "Coolest game" NHL campaign as well. These marketing guys should be hired by the NHL. edit: like that the only sports it doesn't pick on is racing and golf.

Small effect, I'd watch Wings on Vs. and NBC but I would no longer consider getting center ice. My minor league knowledge would go up though.
