Healthy, Physical play, passionate play, and don't become the goat this season. Increase your fight average... even if you ain't a fighter

Don't forget Montreal... They set the bar for this year...
-
Yes, but they're not allowed to put in an offer till Balsille's offer sheet is formally withdrawn from what I understand.
-
I wonder if his no longer wanting to sell to Balsille opens up the sale to the local group that was interested...

1. If you can't resign the player, but can still get something for nothing. What is wrong with that? As far as Vokoun goes, it wouldn't have surprised me if they would have played more of a tandem role with Mason or lost his spot all together. They're now `$8mil under the cap an will be able to make a better run at players in the free agent market. 2. In reality it's the same thing for every other team in the league till Jul 1. Well, except for Philly and maybe Toronto. Hell, for that matter how many teams have resigned most of their UFA yet? Honestly, if they are going through a fire sale, which I doubt. Then how is what Nashville is doing any different than Chicago? At least their games can still be seen on TV without pay-per-view.

Florida to the SCFs. The fix is in! (Just Kidding) Balsillie doesn't have a say yet, looks like he'll have to find another team to buy(again). Then again who knows what tomorrow is going to bring. Nashville's going to be a fine squad still this year. They traded away the rights to 2 players that were going to be UFA. The Vokoun trade does make sense to me as well. I have a feeling that they're going to be active come July 1. They have the cap space now to be a major player this offseason.

Holland: Prices for Bertuzzi, Schneider & Markov high

It's what we do isn't it? Honestly there are going to be growing pains now that we're in the salary cap era. Even though it's a long way off, I'm more interested in what's going to happen at the trade deadline than now. -
I just had a flash of a team moving to San Juan. Which would be cool cause that might be a retirement spot for me. Seriously though it's just Ohio's lame state flag. Meh to the new Kings jersey

True and I think he's starting to learn that lessen finally though with the moves this offseason so far... at least according to the local sports station. They also complained about the traffic barrels he known for signing and it looks like Floppa's going to try and pull a Clemons or Favre this season. Edit to add that Biron has been named the starter and Nittymaki should be healthy enough to be a quality back-up

That's how I'm leaning, but they did wear Ms. Lib a bit the last couple seasons. She'll prob stay though as a shoulder patch.
-
Swap the flyers with the Kings or Islanders and that'll be my list.

I'm curious if the rangers are going to go classic or miss liberty for their dark
-
Nah, I liked the bullies... but then again I wasn't around then so I've only seen the occasional replay game, youtube clips, and stuff from hockey fight forums
-
meh, I guess jersey sales are going well then
-
Hope hate him cause he's a dirty diver, the Aves don't really come into play.

1) Floppa 2)Gretzky 3)Hunter 4)Maltby 5)Ferraro 6)Over half the owners

I think I just vomited a little bit in my mouth

There are a few "at their discretion"s in the rulebook though. Meh, at least Chicago said to dump the instigator. One of the minor leagues is dumping it this season and increasing the diving penalties. 1. rule 25 - penalty shots can now be given from an infraction occurring anywhere in the neutral zone, whereas before the infraction must have occurred in the attacking zone. -- result: more dives in the neutral zone. 2. rule 56 - referees can now give majors and game misconducts for interference penalties if an injury occurs. -- result: more dives and players faking injuries; also, more game misconducts and suspensions. 3. rule 24 - the term "gross misconduct" was removed from the rule book. players now get game misconducts which count toward fines and suspensions. -- result: more game misconducts and suspensions. 4. rule 76 - all face offs must occur at a face off dot; no longer at open ice after a stoppage. -- result: more face offs near the net; another pathetic scam to increase goal scoring.

Hudler or Kronwell I have a feeling Edit to add Samuelson

I think my favorite change is going from the circle R to TM in the corner The "B" looks better seriously

Foxsports The jist: Ten ways to fix the NHL: 1. Fire Gary Bettman 2. Get back on TV 3. Restructure the season 4. Continue the officiating fine-tuning 5. Get rid of composite sticks 6. Fix the ice 7. Get rid of the instigator rule 8. Recognize the impact of gambling 9. Increase the net size 10. Market the players for the most part though nothing we didn't already know
-
Yeah Fedoruk came out right away saying that fighting needs to stay after the game. They're supposed to be voting on relaxing the instigator to eight games for next season.

Goodbye cruel spammers, folks on vacation, and dead accounts.

But that would require coaches to stress fundamentals instead of systems...
