No. Why turn the greatest playoffs in all of sports to a soundbyte? It's the regular season that needs to be trimmed imo. Historically, the majority of the league has always made the playoffs. The regular season is just a warmup for the real show. playoff history

They treat their players (Outside of the Cujo debacle) extremely well, x11ty billion if the player's career ends due to health reasons. -

Realistically, they do coast alot during the regular season. Many a complaint here wishing they would play a full 60 minutes. (Not that it isn't working for them mind you) Oh and hits is a BS judgemental stat imo.

But are there more Indians and Koreans in directtv's broadcast area than Canadians. That and hockey and curling are about the only thing that I can recall watching on cbc that wasn't also available in the states. iirc the local network affiliates change nationwide, but the channel lineup itself is the same otherwise for satellite tv.
