This is a big game if we want Fedorov, we need to keep Columbus from thinking they have a shot of the playoffs. Wings 3-1 Dats, Lids, Flip

Sammy, Malts, Drake, Downey or Ellis and a 3rd rounder for Feds.

I think Larry Murphey came up with that slogan
-
Holy s***, who called it so far

Filppula cant buy a point right now, he made a great pass to Lebda who was about to score last night until Kopecky rammed himself into the goal and took it off the mourings. Plus he had that chance going around the net and just couldnt get it high.
-
But without Murphey we wouldnt have this golden quote: "They are ******* for their lives out there!" LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

Thats not the linesman's arm there grabbing Shanny Also I think Drake should have ripped Perry's helmet off once he realized Perry is a huge ***** and douchebag. I think Drake would have won easily if he had a free shot at Perry's head.

Boy I am really NOT excited about these lines Dats, Homer, and a left wing - I think Franzen fits well here, but on the top line?? Hank, Sammy, and a left wing - Hudler? Sammy is on our second line?? Ouch Cleary, Flip, Drapes - This one isnt bad, maybe Cleary, Flip, Grigs.........sounds better if Grigs pans out Kopecky, Malts, Drake - Swap Draper for Kopecky and you have a nice 4th line The left wings will be Huds and Franzen, but he's not sure who goes where until he sees Igor. Bottom line is Franzen and Sammy arent top line players in my mind, Franzen is good but not THAT good and Sammy.......well is Sammy. Kopecky hasnt impressed me so far and there isnt much room for him if Grigs pans out (hopefully) guess we will just have to wait and see, I wish they could of picked up one more top six forward, I would be much more excited then.

From HF Talent Analysis Grigorenko is a very gifted young player who possesses impressive offensive talent and likes to go on solo rushes and challenge the defenseman. He has great overall speed and is very quick on the skates and loves to make shifty moves at high speed. He is a very smart and creative player with the puck, although he sometimes tries to be too fancy instead of taking the simple pass. Although not possessing a rocket of a shot he still likes to use it in all possible and impossible situations which is a good sign for a future scorer. He is aggressive and has a bit of a mean streak which his penalty minutes over the last two years indicate. He still needs to get bigger and stronger to become more effective in his game. Future For now, Grigorenko has to finish this season with positive note and then make a decision on what the next step will be. He can opt to stay in Russia or sign a deal with the Red Wings and try to make the team out of camp in September. He’s now a 24-year-old veteran of Russian hockey who is ready to fight for a spot on the Red Wings. The team will most likely do what they can in an attempt to sign him as they’re probably very eager to see what he can do in North America. He projects as a solid third-line winger who has the ability to step up and play on a scoring line in streaks.

What a bunch of s***, we offered Bert 3mil for 1 year 4 with incentives. Why didnt he take our offer? From the Free Press: "The Wings had offered Bertuzzi, acquired at the trade deadline in February to boost their playoff hopes, a one-year deal in the low $3-million range and worth nearly $4 million with bonuses."
