I wouldnt say one player drew me in. My favorite player was always Yzerman ever since I can remember. I was drew in by a family who loved hockey, and since im 18, the Wings were the only great Michigan pro sports franchise while growing up.

This is very strange. Makes you wonder if something bad is going on in his personal life.

If I had to pick another, its Tampa. I just have a thing for some Florida teams because it is almost like a second home.

They had a segment on Best Damn Sports Show, and it was talking about arrogant fans at sporting events that have no idea what they are talking about. He went on to say that most fans that came to watch back in the day, actually knew what they were talking about. And he balmed it on how high ticket prices are. that most of the real fans cant afford the tickets now. I see this at The Joe every time i go to a game. I sit near people who talk on phones during games. And people i sit by who have absolutely NO idea about what they are talking about. And I sit there and want to correct them LOL. But who else sees this crap when they go to games?

ehh maybe i worded that wrong. but im not really saying that at all, as my family is financially comfortable, or whatever. it just seems that most of the people i see at games arent trying to watch the game. some i see are trying to impress a client or girlfriend, or is just so spoiled about it that they dont even get into the game. which actually plays part to the joe being so quiet.
