I agree, but he wont be traded this year. Unless he steps up his physical play (because IMO that is pretty much all he is good for) I dont see him being a wing for very long.

What is this luck you speak of? Oh and what is his record??? Did you honestly think he was going to keep winning games like he has been all season long? He and the whole team are in a slump. Its something that happens to every team and every goalie in the NHL. You just have to shake off the loss and move on. Ozzie IMO is still our #1 in net rihgt now and we cant give up on him after a couple bad outings.

I knew someone was going to bring up that point. You have to remember that wearing the A is a far different responsibility than wearing the C. Dats will always be an alternate Cpt. but IMO will never be wear the C here. The leadership qualities that Homer Drapes and Malts have, show that they are better aptain material than Dats. But with all that said it is going to be Zetterberg no doubt

Zetterberg for sure. Honestly i dont think datsyuk would be second behind Zata for the C....or even third behind him for that matter. Draper Maltby and Holmstrom would be thought of before Dats. Not ragging on Dats or anything because i love him as much as everyone here. But he just lacks the leadership qualities that a captain needs

So who all got tickets for a christmas gift? I got two tickets to the Nashville game sometime in march. i gotta trade them in because ill be in florida then. im looking to get some to a blues game in the next week or so (the last game was pretty chippy and im looking for something to happen ) So anyone else get some tickets?

The Mitchell report came out today in the MLB Guys like Bonds (obviously), Giambi, Clemens, Tejada, Mtthews Jr. , our own Gary Sheffeild, and more were all named in the report. Check it out on ESPN.com This makes me apprectate hockey even more. How often do you hear of hockey players using steroids and other drugs. I know there are a few but not many.
