As a Chicago resident, I can't be more happy to say "GO WINGS!" tonight!!!!!! Love the greatest city in the midwest to death but beating the Hawks brings the 7 year old out of me -
I got invited to the Hawk game this weekend but declined. I might have to go now just to boo Quinny the Pooh.

The RedEye (morning newspapers put out by the Trib) has 1 paragraph on the Wolves winning the Calder Cup on page 21. 1. Anyway, congrats to the Wolves.

Pretty much agree. Considering that NBC carried the Cup Finals, you'd think they'd do a better or at least a respectable job with this. Ozzie and Lids did a great job playing along, but I think NBC should have shown a bit more respect. If it was the NBA, they would have been sitting on the couch for 2 segments.

Non Wing Moment - Though not technically in the playoffs, AO leading the Caps into the playoffs and the Montreal/Boston Series. Wings Moment - Sweeping Colorado and the look on Q's face. -

I'd assume that whenever Hawks single game tickets go on sale, they will be available, or maybe even their the Wrigley box office over the summer.

Soldier would certainly fit more people but you can't beat the intimate feeling of Wrigley, being close to the action and the neighborhood.

Once finals are over, I'm going to have to catch a game there since I live 10 minutes from it but never have time to go.

If you are going to be actually in Chicago, try the Gin Mill on Lincoln Ave in Lincoln Park, they will probably have the game on with sound. You can also try Tin Lizzie on Clark St. If you are stuck in Naperville, you might have to go to the local Chili's or whatever they have out there.

For me its easier to take it from actual hockey fans that know what they are talking about. I hate listening to some idiot talk about how the Wings suck and they no nothing about hockey and can't back up their 'argument'. I also hate listening to Bhawk's fan do it. Don't blame the Wings because your team sucks.
