We played in first game in a Wings jersey and he played his last game in a Wings jersey. If he was on the ice in a NHL game, he was wearing the Winged Wheel. If people want to get a Lightning styled suit that says Yzerman, fine but his jersey will always be a Red Wings one.

Absolutely not. I support him and wish him great success in Tampa, but that jersey should never get made.

Though it was an embarassing showing, they did make it to the WCF so I don't see them blowing up the team. Personally, I think they probably should since the third round is more likely their ceiling but I'd expect they'll give it one more year and no Cup finals will really solidify it.

I agree, especially when those are the fans who are screaming "Detroit Sucks" at the top of their lungs. I feel bad for the old time Chicago fans who have waited this long for a good team because I think their reputation is being ruined by the moronic bangwagon fans who just hopped on board. And sadly there are alot of those moronic fans.

If Leighton and Halak can maintain their composure, there's a chance. Montreal has been the miracle team this playoff season and Philly has taken out 2 good teams. Maybe Chi/SJ might over look them and give them a chance?

Haha I'm not sure what a crumb packer is but I generally agree. The fanbase seems to lack any rational perspective about themselves and the team. They aren't the greatest team to step on ice, the league didn't begin with the drafting on Jonathan Toews and you can't act like arrogant pricks and expect fans of other teams to show you support during the playoffs. I hope that if they win, they celebrate with dignity (just do the opposite of whatever Montreal would do) and realize you're now only 7 Cups behind the Wings instead of 8.
