Source of optimism? When this team wants to, they can play 60 minutes of hockey better than anyone in the world. Problem being sometimes they act like they don't want to but that won't be the case Friday. But if you can't get up for a game 7, you shouldn't be playing the game.

If the Wings win the cup, I will finally buy the Hank jersey and make a committment to make it back to the JLA for at least 1 regular season game next season.

I said it after the game 3 loss to Chicago and it bares repeating - all you did last night was piss him off. Expect a focused, unmovable effort by Osgood tomorrow night. The man is a proven winning, its going to take alot more than last night to shake him. -

Wow, whole lot of wtf tonight. Where was the effort? Did the younger kids forget that running around like chickens with their heads cut off doesn't score goals? Ozzie, I mean, a couple of those were a bit soft. Where was Hossa tonight? Where was the PK and why can't we seem to get better shots on the PP?! Hopefully they will come out pissed in game 4 because we can't let this get out of control. SIXTY MINUTES!!!! Anything less is more of tonight. -
Is he high? We might have gotten some "lucky" bounces but you don't do what the Wings have done without will, talent and heart. Don't blame the Wings for your lack of the 3.

I was going for the Caps simply because their my second team, after that the Canes but the Pens took care of both of them . . .

For the Wings, if I buy championship gear, its going to be Stanley Cup championship gear. Wtf am I going to do with a conference championship shirt?! As for my other teams, that can't seem to win anyway (stupid Cubs) so thats a different story there.
