Ouch, i know how you feel lizz. A little over a year ago i had to finally retire my 93 oldsmobile cutlass. Had to put in a new 700 dollar fuel tank, and then 5 months later was looking at having to replace a head gasket. Between those two things, it would have cost me more than we actually bought the car for. My dad ended up having to co-sign a loan with me, for me to be able to go out and buy a new car. It's not fun, but maybe getting a loan is something your parents can help you out with.

Don't get me wrong, it was incredibly awesome to see Turco go at Selanne like that, but it was also incredible stupid for him to come that far out, and against the boards. If it wasn't for the Stars defense, Selanne would have taken the hit, and then put the puck in the net.
